Responsible access

Visitors may browse and buy lawfully but must not disrupt, misuse, or fraudulently access the service. We work to describe items accurately while recognizing reasonable differences in packaging, color, and screen display. Text, images, and design remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.

Purchase requests

An order request may be refused, limited, or cancelled because of stock, payment, delivery details, suspected fraud, errors, or a policy conflict. Checkout identifies current prices, taxes, and delivery choices; the dedicated policies give further details.

Returns and mandatory protections

Defective returns, qualifying non-defective returns, and exchange requests are accepted. New non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before mailing. Use the complimentary prepaid label inside the parcel with the confirmed destination instructions. We charge no restocking fee. An approved original-method refund is processed and initiated within 10 days, with separate provider posting time. See the Refund Policy.
