From confirmation to dispatch

Successful payment authorization starts our usual 1–2 business-day order-handling window. After dispatch, allow an estimated 4–6 business days for carrier travel. Weekends and applicable public holidays fall outside these business-day estimates, and a particular delivery date is not guaranteed.

Rates and tracking

The available services and their charges are calculated at checkout for the destination. Check street, unit, city, state, postal code, and email before submitting the purchase. Tracking visibility depends on the carrier's first acceptance scan and later updates.

Shipment exceptions

Peak traffic, weather, carrier disruption, or an address issue may delay a parcel. For a stalled shipment, a missing delivery, an unexplained delivered scan, or transit damage, email manish1k47d@gmail.com. Supply the order reference, checkout email, tracking information, and useful images, and retain the goods and packaging during review.
